Check-In Policy

Our check-in time is after 3:30 PM, because we have limited staff to clean the room, and our cleaning ladies follow a fixed path when cleaning the room, we don't take any early check-in request before 3 pm.

You can park anywhere you want, at the front, in the back, even in the 5-minute only area.

Your key will be ready to pick up at the reception if we have successfully processed your payment

The room area is on the right side of the reception. The first digit of your room number indicates the floor number. For example, 203 indicates that your room will be on the second floor.

Following three steps to reach help

  1. Ring the bell at the reception, and we will have someone running to help you in 30 seconds.
  2. Send us a message at (980) 324-2370, and we will reply to you as soon as possible
  3. Call us at (450) 263-7331 # 7 to reach our staff.

If we have empty rooms, we can switch the room for you. Or you can also ask for a full refund, which you will receive it on your original payment method within 3 days.

On the same day of your arrival, you will receive a SMS containing a link for you to download the invoice. The link will only be active on the date of your check-out. If you do not believe you receive such a SMS after checking out, send us an email mentioning your name or your reservation number to our email at

Pet is allowed in the hotel but with an additional charge upon check-in. ($30 / dog / night, $20 / cat / night).

Pet should not be allowed on the bed. Extra cleaning fee may be applied if we find pet hair on the towels or linen, pet walking on the public area without being leashed, or garbage of the pets not getting handled properly.
